Oh yay, I'm the most excited when someone's going to try this for the first time! I hope you guys have so much fun, and that you'll let me know how it goes :)
Wow, just wow, Sydney - I've never seen anything like it! Frozen bubbles are incredible - thank you so much for introducing me to something so wonderful! 🫧
I’ve been meaning to do the freezing bubble thing. This post is a good reminder! It also reminds me of a picture I took years ago of my son spinning with one of those large bubble wands. I need to find that picture now!
Don't worry, I bet you'll have another chance! 🤣 I grew up in Texas and honestly never remotely thought about something like this my whole life - forever grateful to that one random person who mentioned it when we moved to Maine, and definitely on a mission to let the whole world know about it :)
Well don't feel like it's cheating if it's easier to grab some from the store - so far we always just use the basic kids' bubbles with the plastic wands 🤣
Yay, I'm so glad to hear that! It's a little side-mission of mine to introduce frozen bubbles to as many people as possible 🤣 If you get a chance, let me know how it turns out for you!
I’m sitting here in astonishment. Frozen bubbles!!! Well! And bubble ‘machines’!!! I gave a young relative a little bottle of bubble stuff for Christmas, with a wand that you pull out and blow through. Always such fun. But you’ve taken me to places previously unimaginable! Thank you.
Don’t freeze over there please. No matter how pretty frozen things might look. I’m still not sure how humans live in such bitter conditions. Sending comparative warmth and hugs and best wishes from down under. 🤗🤗😘💕
🤣 I had never contemplated a frozen bubble either until we moved up north to Maine 7-ish years ago. A cashier mentioned it in passing, and I was so excited about the idea, and have adored it ever since. We stick to the traditional kids' bottles of bubble stuff, but I do find the toy bubble machines to be a really cool upgrade for kids these days :)
A good old-fashioned wood stove does wonders to make these Maine winters cozy! We actually really enjoy the winters. Being near the coast has a moderating effect, and we actually have freeze/thaw throughout the winter. Just an hour further inland, they experience winter where the snow covers the ground and you don't see it again until spring. Hugs back and warm wishes for summer fun! It's sand-between-your-toes season :)
Sydney, I never saw frozen bubbles before. They are wonderful. Thanks. D
I'm so glad! I really enjoy it when people get to see this for the first time, like I did around 7 years ago :)
I've never seen frozen bubbles. They look like miniature snowglobes in reverse. Amazing!
Yay, I'm always excited to share these with someone who's never seen them before! They are endlessly fun :)
I loved this post so much, I'm sending it to my two older kids who love experimenting with art I'm going to convince them to try this with me!

I may try this this year, weather permitting 😁. 🫧
Beautiful photos, as always, Sydney!
Oh, I hope so, Sara! And thank you so much :) 💕
This is so cool Sydney! I need to find our bubbles so I can be ready on the next frigid day... I love the leafy, fern-like patterns.
Yay, Diana, have fun! I’ve literally never been disappointed with a frozen bubble day :)
What a nice reminder of childlike fun that’s for small and big kids alike!
Exactly, I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
💚
Absolutely love this! Gonna try it ❄️
Oh, I hope so! It's so much fun, I think everyone with a winter should give it a try :)

Mesmerised.
Beautiful.
Thank you! So glad to have shared this moment with you :)

Bubbles are fun in all the ways! Happy memories :) I hope you have fun with some freezing bubbles, too!
OK, I never ever would’ve thought of that! But how fun! I should’ve been doing that for the last few days.

Now I have to learn how to make bubble mixture. I'm sure I once knew, maybe when my nieces and nephews were little, but I've surely forgotten.

Incredible! Who knew? Well, obviously you. I am putting bubbles on my shopping list!

This is so inspiring! I definitely will try this since it is freezing here at the moment. The details of these bubbles are so amazing.
Perfect, yay! I hope you get to have fun with some frozen bubbles :) If you do, I hope you'll share!
Alwatsca delight ❤️
Thank you!
Very cool, and beautiful photos!
Thank you!
